REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations must be made no less than ninety (90) days prior to 

the date of the scheduled occasion. In the event that such cancellations 

are made within ninety (90) days of the scheduled occasion, the 

Scheduling Party shall not receive their deposit back. 

 

This 90 day period allows us a fair and reasonable time period to 

possibly gain back a booking for the date, as we will have turned away 

other potential customers while holding your reservation.

All deposits made for a booking within ninety days (90) of the party or event and payments for services rendered are non-refundable. 

 

In the event that an occasion must be rescheduled due to rain or other 

inclement weather, any such rescheduling shall be at the discretion of My Party Helper, LLC and subject to our staffing availability.

 

There shall be no discounts or refunds given in the event that the 

occasion is finished earlier than the time period contracted. The remaining  balance shall be due and payable to My Party Helper, LLC the day of the event.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you contact us to request a quote on a service you are interested in booking  for a party or event on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your event to provide a quote, go over details of the party including the time, date, and location of the party, to discuss special requests, to collect deposits for a booking or monies owed for your party or for any other updates regarding your booked service.  For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages.

 

Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above and will not be shared with any 3rd party company. 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
